By creating an account or using Momby, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Momby is a companion platform for parents from trying to conceive to raising kids: a parent community, your companion Doti, tools for tracking pregnancy and childcare, and the ability to connect with medical experts when needed.

Content in Momby, including Doti's suggestions, is for reference and to support day-to-day care. Momby does not replace diagnosis, treatment or direct advice from a doctor.

In a health emergency, please contact your nearest healthcare facility immediately.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity in your account. Please notify Momby if you notice any unauthorized use.

The Momby community is built on respect and empathy. Please do not post offensive, misleading, unauthorized promotional or unlawful content. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

The brand, interface, content and the Doti mascot belong to Momby. Content you share remains yours; you grant Momby permission to display it as part of operating the service.

Momby may update, add to or temporarily suspend certain features to improve the experience. We will try to notify you in advance of significant changes.

Momby strives to provide accurate information and a stable experience, but does not guarantee the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Momby is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms over time. The new version will be posted here with its update date. Your continued use of Momby means you accept the updated terms.
