Question 1

Does Doti replace a doctor?

Accepted Answer

No. Doti helps you understand and prepare, quoting from doctor-reviewed content or trusted health sources and showing the source. For signs that need checking, Doti always advises seeing a doctor.

Question 2

Where does Momby's information come from?

Accepted Answer

From content reviewed by doctors at Momby, and from sources such as Vietnam's Ministry of Health, WHO, UNICEF and major hospitals. Each article lists its sources. Vaccine and check-up schedules follow how things work in Vietnam.

Question 3

Is my family's data safe?

Accepted Answer

Your book and diary are private by default; only the people you invite to your baby's profile can see them. Momby does not sell personal data and does not send health data to advertising tools. You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on the web.

Question 4

Can my partner and relatives use it with me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each person has their own account and joins your baby's profile through an invitation link. Whatever one person logs, the whole family sees.

Question 5

Which stage is Momby for?

Accepted Answer

From the day you find out you're pregnant through your child's early years. The book, reminders and diary follow your baby through pregnancy and the first two years; milestone articles go up to age 5.

Question 6

Does Momby cost anything?

Accepted Answer

Logging, the book, reminders and sharing with family always work in full. A few Doti questions are included each day; Momby Plus is for families who want to ask more and is bought in the app.

Question 7

Where can I use Momby?

Accepted Answer

On your phone (iOS and Android) and on the web. On the web you can read the weekly articles, see your book and timeline, and ask Doti; quick daily logging is easiest in the app.
